§ 2 Collection of personal data when you visit our website

(1) If you only use the website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) DSGVO):

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website.

Cookies are small text files that are stored by the web browser on the user's terminal device to store certain information. The next time you visit our website using the same terminal device, the information stored in cookies is sent back to our website ("First Party Cookie") or another website to which the cookie belongs ("Third Party Cookie"). The information stored and returned in the cookie tells the website that the user has already accessed and visited it using the web browser of his terminal device. We use this information in order to optimally display the website to the user according to his preferences. However, only the cookie itself is identified on the terminal device. Any further storage of personal data will only take place if the user gives us his express consent or if this storage is absolutely necessary in order to be able to use the service offered and called up. Consent to the use of cookies, which are not absolutely necessary in order to make the services available on this website, will only be used after consent has been given. By actively continuing to use this website after the cookie banner has been displayed, the user consents to the use of cookies.

(3) Use of cookies:

The user can adjust his cookie settings individually at any time, for example by activating or deactivating individual cookie categories.
How the user can deactivate or delete cookies in general (including the absolutely necessary cookies) in his browser is described below.

a) Categories of cookies used
Depending on the intended use and function, we divide the cookies used by the website into the following categories:

b) Absolutely necessary cookies
Cookies that are absolutely necessary ensure that this website, or the service, functions properly. This means that without these cookies, this website or the service cannot be used as intended. This type of cookie is used exclusively by the website operator (first party cookies) and all information stored in the cookies is only passed on to the website operator.

The use of absolutely necessary cookies on this website is possible without the consent of the user. For this reason, cookies that are absolutely necessary cannot be deactivated or activated individually. This function is only available for cookies requiring consent, i.e. functional cookies, performance cookies and marketing / third party / consent cookies. However, the user can deactivate cookies in his browser at any time. The legal basis for the use of First Party Cookies is a legitimate interest (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of this website and services) within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO.

c) Functional Cookies
Functional cookies enable this website to store information such as the user name or language selection and to offer the user improved and personalised functions based on this information. These cookies collect and store only anonymous information.

The user can object to the use of functional cookies at any time by adjusting his cookie settings accordingly.

The legal basis for the use of functional cookies is a legitimate interest (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of this website and services) within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO.

d) Performance Cookies
Performance cookies collect information about how our websites are used to improve their attractiveness, content and functionality. These cookies help us, for example, to determine whether and which subpages of our website are visited and which content users are particularly interested in. We record the number of visits to a page, the number of sub-pages viewed, the time spent on our website, the order of pages visited, the search terms that led you to us, the country, region and, if applicable, city from which access is made, as well as the proportion of mobile devices that access our websites. The IP address of your computer transmitted for technical reasons is automatically anonymized and does not allow us to identify the individual user.

The user of the website also has the right, for reasons arising from his particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning him for statistical purposes in accordance with Art. 89 Para. 1 DSGVO. In order to exercise these and other data subjects' rights, a data subject may at any time contact the contact address stated in the imprint or in the data protection declaration.

The user of the website can object to the use of performance cookies at any time by adjusting his cookie settings accordingly.

The legal basis for the use of performance cookies is a legitimate interest (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our website and services) within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO.

e) Marketing / third party / consent required cookies
Marketing / third party / consenting cookies come from external advertising companies, among others, and are used to collect information about the websites visited by the user, e.g. to create target-group oriented advertising for the user.

The user can object to the use of marketing cookies at any time by adjusting his cookie settings accordingly.

Due to the purposes described, the legal basis for the processing of personal data using cookies is Art. 6 para. 1 f) DSGVO. If the user has given his consent to the use of cookies on the basis of a notice given by us on the website ("cookie banner"), the legality of the use is additionally governed by Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) DSGVO.

f) Deactivation or deletion of all cookies

The user can set his web browser in such a way that the storage of cookies on his terminal device is generally prevented or he is asked each time whether he agrees to the setting of cookies. Once cookies have been set, the user can delete them at any time. How this works is described in the help function of the respective web browser.

A general deactivation of cookies may lead to functional limitations of this website.

(4) Integration of third-party services and content

We use third-party content and services on our website (Google Analytics, Youtube, Spotify, Soundcloud, Mailchimp). This use requires that the IP address of the user is transmitted. Here the visitor traffic on the pages of this website can be evaluated.

a) Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it will be shortened. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This shortens the processing of IP addresses, thus excluding personal references. If a personal reference is assigned to the data collected about you, this is excluded immediately and the personal data is deleted immediately.

We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained allow us to improve our services and make them more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) DSGVO.
