d) Mailchimp

Mailchimp is a marketing automation platform and email marketing service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC, Ponce City Market, Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.

We use this service for automated newsletter distribution. The service also provides us with various statistical analysis options. By entering your e-mail address and registering for our newsletter, you consent to the use of the personal data entered in accordance with Art. 6 Art. 1 S. 1 a) DSGVO (German Data Protection Act), which may be revoked at any time. In addition, we also use Mailchimp on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f) DSGVO. We are responsible for these data and pass them on to Mailchimp for the administration and execution of the service within the framework of order processing within the meaning of Art. 28 DSGVO. We have secured the influence on the use of this data by means of an order processing contract (as part of the General Terms and Conditions), so that we can also influence the protection of your data.

If you apply via our website, e.g. the contact form, we process the applicant data only for the purpose and within the scope of the application procedure in accordance with the legal requirements. The processing of the applicant data is carried out to fulfill our (pre)contractual obligations within the scope of the application procedure within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DSGVO, Art. 6 Para. 1 f) DSGVO if the data processing becomes necessary for us, e.g. within the scope of legal procedures (in Germany, § 26 BDSG additionally applies). g) Right to revoke a consent given at any time with effect for the future if the processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 a) or Art. 9 para. 2 a) DSGVO. This does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
