Harlem Lake is a vibrant rock 'n' soul band from the Dutch Haarlemmermeerpolder. With the blue heron as their emblem and one foot in the muddy swamp landscape, the band is deeply rooted in the blues but also exudes a fresh, energetic atmosphere that unmistakably draws influences from pop, rock, soul, and Americana. Led by Janne Timmer and Dave Warmerdam, the musicians are an authentic rock band with heart and soul, taking their audience on an emotionally charged musical journey. The new album, "The Mirrored Mask," features 9 unique songs ranging from energetic blues rock to moving power ballads and danceable rock 'n' roll. With this album, the band caters to the needs of guitar enthusiasts, Hammond organ lovers, those with aching hearts longing to be touched, as well as those curious to discover deeper meanings behind the poetic lyrics. Producer Guido Aalbers (Coldplay, Muse, Krezip, No Doubt) has translated this versatility into a balanced mix of modern and vintage sound. The album is set to be released in September but will be available exclusively as a physical record at the band's concerts and in stores beforehand.
